Craving pizza, but short on time? This pepperoni pizza wrap will satisfy that craving. These are great for lunch, snack or a fast cheap dinner. You can even customize them by adding your favorite pizza toppings.

Ingredients:

- Large tortillas
- Pizza sauce or tomato sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices
Pepperoni Pizza Wrap Instructions:
- On a clean surface lay out your tortilla
- Add your desired amount of pizza sauce or tomato sauce to the center spreading evenly as pictured.

3. Next, sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella on top of the sauce.

4. Then, add your pepperoni slices, and other desired toppings. (Read below for topping ideas.)

5. Next, fold your wrap starting with the sides first, and wrapping like a burrito.

6. This part can be done one of two ways.
Pan Fry: add a small drizzle of oil to the bottom of your pan and let it heat over medium heat. Once heated, add your pepperoni pizza wrap and grill for 1-2 minutes, or your wrap reaches the desired color.
Microwave: Put your pepperoni pizza wrap on a plate, and into your microwave. Heat for approximately 1 minute.


7. Let your pepperoni pizza wrap sit for about 1 minute to let the cheese continue to melt.

8. Cut or leave whole and enjoy!
