The Best Frozen Burrito Enchiladas

Who would have thought that covering frozen burritos with enchilada sauce and cheese would be so delicious? They taste homemade and can be thrown together in about 5 minutes. It’s really that easy. Put your favorite toppings on and you have a meal that looks and tastes restaurant quality. Ready for the best frozen burrito enchiladas? You will not want to lose this recipe.

The Best Frozen Burrito Enchiladas

There is no doubt that you can use this dish for a variety of occasions. Sometimes, I find myself strapped for time and I need something to throw together as fast as possible. This is one of those recipes. My kids devoured their dinner. If you’re looking for a fast and easy meal this is the one!

Ingredients:
Package of frozen burritos
2 (14oz.) Cans of enchilada sauce (This varies depending on how much sauce you like. I use 2-3.)
8 (oz) Taco cheese
Sour cream, salsa, guacamole or other toppings you enjoy.

  1. Heat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease the bottom of your glass dish to prevent sticking. Arrange your 8 burritos into the pan.
  3. Pour your cans of Enchilada sauce over your burritos, coating evenly.

4. Bake For approximately 35 Minutes. I check for an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
5. Take them out of the oven and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake until it is fully melted.

6. Then, remove them from the oven and let them sit for about 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite toppings.

  • Cilantro
  • Chives
  • Salsa
  • Tomatoes
  • Green chilies or jalapenos
  • Onions
  • Black beans
  • Refried beans

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Small frozen burritos
  • 3 14 Oz. Cans enchilada sauce
  • 8 oz Taco cheese

Instructions
 

  • Heat your oven to 350℉
  • Grease the bottom of the pan to prevent sticking. Arrange 8 burritos into the pan.
  • Pour your cans of enchilada sauce over your burritos, coating evenly.
  • Bake them for approximately 35 Minutes.
  • Take the burritos out of the oven and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake until its fully melted.
  • Remove from the oven and let them sit for about 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite toppings.
