Method
- Break your graham crackers in half into squares and lay them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a small dollop of Cool Whip on the graham cracker to hold your chocolate in place. Then, add a chocolate square and a generous layer Cool Whip on each graham cracker.
- Gently press another graham cracker on top of the Cool Whip to form a sandwich.
- Roll the sides of the sandwiches in sprinkles or candies.
- Keeping them on the bake sheet, pop them in the freezer for about 30 minutes to let them set up before serving or wrapping them to store.
Notes
If adding an entire chocolate bar and freezing will be too hard for you to bite into, you can melt the chocolate down in a double-boiler and add a thin layer of chocolate to the grahram cracker instead. allow it to harden before adding your Cool Whip.
You can also dip the side or half of your finished Arctic S'more in the melted chocolate as I did in the images and add the sprinkles to the chocolate before it melts.
