Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies

Delectable, sweet, and chewy chocolate cookies that will have you coming back for more. Add some Almond extract for an extra delicious flavor

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ C. Granulated Sugar
  • ¼ tsp. Almond extract
  • ¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract ½ tsp. if you skip the almond extract
  • ¼ tsp. salt skip the salt if you are eating Loso
  • ½ C. unsweetened Cocoa powder
  • ¾ C. Brown Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 C. Butter I use unsalted
  • 1 C. Chocolate chips
  • 2 C. All Purpose Flour
  • 2 C. Marshmallows pre frozen works best

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325° and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or oil lightly.
  2. Cream the butter, sugar, brown sugar and eggs together. then, add almond and Vanilla extract and combine.
  3. In a separate bowl mix cocoa powder, baking soda, and flour.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  5. fold or mix in Chocolate chips
  6. Fold in marshmallows
  7. In about 2 TBS. increments scoop out dough and place onto prepared cookie sheets.
  8. For best results place cookie sheets into the freezer for about 20 minutes. If you are in dire need of a cookie go ahead and bake them and skip the freezer.
  9. Bake at 325° for about 12 minutes. Add time if you made your cookies extra-large like I do!
