Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 2 cups Chicken you can use chicken tenders, grilled chicken or pulled chicken
  • 3-4 cups Chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup parmesan shredded is best
  • 1/2 cup lightly crushed or chopped makes for easier eating and wrapping (optional)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • Optional: bacon, avocado, or kalamata olives

Equipment

  • Cutting board
  • Knife for chopping
  • Bowl for tossing

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, chicken, and parmesan cheese.
  2. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 15-20 seconds with a damp paper towel over them.
  3. Drizzle the caesar dressing over the mixture. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Lay a warm tortilla on a plate and spoon about 1/4 of the mixture into the center of the tortilla.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
  6. Add lightly crushed or chopped crutons to the top
  7. Wrap your tortilla tightly and slice in half and enjoy!
