Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, chicken, and parmesan cheese.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 15-20 seconds with a damp paper towel over them.
- Drizzle the caesar dressing over the mixture. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Lay a warm tortilla on a plate and spoon about 1/4 of the mixture into the center of the tortilla.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Add lightly crushed or chopped crutons to the top
- Wrap your tortilla tightly and slice in half and enjoy!
