Method
- Break your graham crackers in half (two Squares) and lay them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a small dollop of Cool Whip on the graham cracker to hold your chocolate in place. Then, add a chocolate square and a generous layer Cool Whip on each graham cracker.
- Gently press another graham cracker on top of the Cool Whip to form a sandwich.
- Roll the sides of the sandwiches in sprinkles or candies.
- Keeping them on the bake sheet, pop them in the freezer for about 30 minutes to let them set up before serving or wrapping them to store.
Notes
If you are adding an entire chocolate bar and freezing you may find it hard to bite into. You can easily fix this byt melting the chocolate in a double-boiler and adding a thin layer of chocolate to the graham cracker letting it firm, then adding the cool whip.
You can also dip the side or half of your finished Arctic S'more in the melted chocolate as I did in the images and add the sprinkles to the chocolate while it is still melted.
