Lavender Tea

This Lavender tea will help with a variety of things, from sleep, to feeling calm, healing your body and more.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 TBS Lavender in tea bag Add a little less if you want a lighter flavor.

Method
 

  1. Add the water to your kettle or teapot
  2. Put the loose lavender into a tea bag and tie it securely. Then add it to your water
  3. Bring the water to a rolling simmer, then remove it from the heat. This should take about 3 minutes. You can keep your tea bag in for a more robust flavor or remove it for a milder flavor.
  4. Pour the tea into your favorite mug and enjoy. You could add a little honey, though it isn't necessary.
