Simple Berry Smoothie Recipe: Without the Guilt

This protein berry smoothie is packed with nutrition, antioxidants, and full of energy. It will stave off that sweet tooth and keep you full until your next meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup Fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup Coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup Almond Milk or other milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • Add 1-3 Tbsp. of water if the smoothie is too thick

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups

Method
 

  1. Add all of your ingredients to your blender. I prefer to start with my frozen berries, so they don't stick to the cup. then I follow with my wet ingredients, then last my dry ingredients.
  2. Blend until it is smooth until it is flowing freely in your blender.
  3. Let your blender settle, and I like to give it one last pulse or two to make sure everything is well incorporated.
  4. Pour into a nice glass or shake cup and enjoy!
